Prime Hotel

Room was great for the price. Huge room, comfy, clean. Just a little old. Towels had couple holes but still big and fluffy. Carpets are old. But the breakfast and the staff are amazing! So don't book expecting too class but it's well worth the money

Great place , I decided to stay 2 nights lol, good front desk service. Only complaint would be the minimal parking, it's under ground which was nice,and that they were under renovation, no signage up to find the hotel.They still served a bagged breakfast due to Renos, it was ok. Definitely recommend a stay ,price was definitely right. Oh and they actually had a couple water bottles in the fridge for ya, that was nice.

Stayed here for 4 nights for work while trying to find a house to rent. They let me and my 2 large dogs stay for a good rate and even provided a covered well lit parking spot for my oversized truck that won't fit in the parkade. The air-conditioning in our room broke on day 3 and they moved me to another room the same quality the next day. Overall very accommodating given my situation. I booked for another 3 days to finish my rotation.

The young lady at the front desk is amazing. I believe her name is Trisha. She was a saint helping me find some take out when I'm all by myself and 1st time in Fort McMurray. She is so polite, and when a homeless lady started to scare me when I was coming back, she immediately intervened and solved the issue with such professionalism. I was so impressed. This young lady needs a raise or a promotion. Thank you, Trisha, for making my stay safe and fun . I will definitely be back, and I have already told work to send our people here.

Enjoying my stay at the Podollan Inn, rooms are clean & spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. The included hot breakfast is great with bacon or sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, toast, fresh fruit, cereal juice and coffee. The Pub is closed but there are lots of great dining and lounge choices within a block or two. Downtown location is very convenient with easy access to highway 63. Heated underground parking is awesome in the winter.

Hotel is under renovation. No restaurant in building. Photos are not accurate. Rooms are clean and staff are extremely helpful. Overall a good place to stay for the price. Heated under ground parking a great bonus for winter months. I would stay again for sure. Once renovations are complete should be a very good hotel. My rating is based on pre-reno, please judge for yourself. Never take anyone's opinion, without investigating yourself.

Very nice, clean hotel and has a unique feature that you can check in at any time (it is not specific to 3pm rule). Price through online booking is the best in this region. Rooms are clean, washroom and coffee make available with big screen tv! I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a great place for short or long stay.

This used to be Podollan inns, now under a new ownership amd called Prime Hotel. Property is decent although needs some upgrades. Most rooms have older thermostats which hardly work at times. Furniture is definitely outdated. Housekeeping is every other day which was great. In Regards to the stay I have to say that the stay was good, due to the very fact that staff is very kind, helpful and understanding. Had an issue with my room which was taken care of the same day, even though I was told it'd be the next day which was great. So kudos to the front desk agent on Sun April 10th. Complimentary Breakfast is served each morning which was great, although needs to be switched. It's the same thing everyday; scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hasbrowns and toast. A different variety would be good. The Filipino lady working in the breakfast area is full of live and uplifting ENERGY. Awesome and funny lady, she made a good morning talk lol. Overall the stay is worth it given the price of the stay !!!
